So this is one of those random trains of thought, so follow along....I'll get to blog topic I promise!

We've been doing a lot of Groom's Bars lately. No ladies they don't just have to settle for a cake!  We like to surprise them with a whole bar full of their favorite things!

The trend for this coming year seems to be whiskey themed Groom's Bars. All the Groom's Bars reminded me of one of the very first that we designed for a photo shoot.  Thought I would share that "Singing in the Rain" themed photo shoot from Palazzo Verdi at Fiddler's Green with you again. (See I told you it was random, but I got there!)

Singing in The Rain Theme

Every bride worries about rain on her wedding day....and everyone says it brings good luck.  Well, we decided to create our own rainy day luck for this photo shoot. I call it Singing in the Rain, complete with our own version of raindrops!

I've even included the sketches of what I sent to the team.  I sketched these all out while I was delayed at the airport, it made the time go fast and I think we got pretty close!

Handmade raindrops from test tubes.  Umbrellas from Splendor for Your Guests....as well as fabulous shawls  just in case it's not just rainy but a bit chilly too! We used the shawls on the chairs with a raindrop detail too.

Great little details provided by Julie Sandusky at JS Design Custom.

....and the fabulous Groom's Bar! Full of all his faves (well this one is full of my hubby's faves)...as well as yummy cake balls (we know we ate them afterwards!).
